At our Athens, TN facility, Sealtech meets all customer production requirements with a complete manufacturing process that includes:

Design & Engineering		We employ some of the best design professionals and engineers in the country. We utilize the latest in modern technology in order to create customized prototype and final tool drawings. We understand that pairing our professionals with all that contemporary science has to offer, will only produce a better concept, a better design, and ultimately a better product for our clients.

In-House Tooling		Once a design has been scrutinized and approved, final tooling drawings are completed and production tooling/dies are made to produce first article samples. Sealtech fabricates selected materials to form products ranging in size from 1" x 1" to 5.5' x 12' After first article samples are approved by Sealtech's Quality Assurance Department, they are submitted for final customer approval.

Warehouse & Shipping		After careful design, precision manufacturing, and quality testing, we are ready to ship your product to you with great speed and reliability We offer a wide range of shipping options and our highly trained staff will still be with you at every step of this final product phase.

Quality Assurance & Testing		Our Quality Control Department operates completely independently from our other production, sales, and engineering teams in order to provide objective evaluations of our materials, processes, and finished products. Test data is collected, recorded, and compared to customer specifications to ensure quality and reliability. We run specific tests for a vast array of possible flaws: Leak and Decay Test Burst Test Tensile Test Customer Specified Testing ISO 9001:2000 Certified
