Their goal was to make a durable, inexpensive air cell. Our customer asked us to test a common material for dielectric sealing. But given the different environments and range of pressures the product had to withstand, the prototype failed Sealtech's QC specifications. We recommended a stronger, more expensive material so the cell would function according to specifications. The customer knew our motivation - there's no savings if the product fails. Sealtech's Quality Assurance Program designs techniques that prevent problems for our customers. It may be more labor intensive but it's cheaper in the long run. Sealtech's goal is to make a great product for our customers and for your customers.
